Inspect-a-Lot is designed to streamline the field inspection process for residential appraisers. The mobile companion app for Bradford Technologies' ClickFORMS appraisal software, Inspect-a-Lot synchronizes your office application with your field inspection data. Inspect-a-lot is not designed around appraisal forms as previous generations of appraisal mobile apps were, instead provides an efficient and organized interface that allows appraisers to complete their field inspections faster and easier.

Inspect-a-Lot allows residential appraisers to collect field data in an organized and efficient manner that is consistent with the inspection order and procedure employed by most appraisers. Rather than impeding the inspection process by limiting and constraining the data collection to filling out an appraisal form, Inspect-a-Lot concentrates on field inspection data capture which allows appraisers to complete their work faster.

Collect all your essential field data including photos for Subjects and Comps. Automatically import photos gathered in the field to your appraisal report. Integrated sketcher is easy to use. Interface is intuitive and efficient.

Added the option to have the camera app automatically open to take a photo when a sketch label is added. The photo will then appear in the interior photo section prior to exporting to ClickFORMS.

- Once installation is finished you can tap on the OPEN button to start it. Its icon will also be added to your device home screen.
